I am using one at my work place - the house of the lady I am taking care of: I plugged it in her bed room where we (my co-workers and I) sleep too. One of them noticed the electricity not being as "hard" anymore, "just as water, that has been hard and is now soft" she said....
The lady herself stated after the first night, not having slept so well in a long time and " feeling refreshed"! 
This morning another one asked: "Did you ionize the air? It feels so much lighter"....
